During November of 2012, 100cameras approached the Refugee Youth Project about a partnership that could amplify student voices through photojournalism.
They taught students at RYP’s Summer Academy how to take compelling photographs, how to utilize digital camera functions, and complied portfolios for youth to keep. The program explored various neighborhoods including the Inner Harbor, Station North and Fells Point.
100cameras believes in raising awareness and capital to empower sustainable growth within communities. Therefore, 100% of profits made from selling the work is donated back to each organization.
